this morning, when my hair was full of soap, jamora yelled into the bathroom that my mom had called. it was really important. i had to say goodbye to my grandmother over the phone. a forever goodbye. she's going to die. soon.
the rest of the day was slow. i couldn't really think about much.. there was a dance. but, i couldn't stand it in there.
we walked for a long time. we lay down in the grass for a long time. and held hands. he didn't taste like anything.
