analyzing an old dream, why?, because it's fun. i found this site, swoon, that decodes dreams and such.
my mom & brother dropped me off at school (school: reluctance to break old associations)
i walked up a long long flight of stairs (stairs: the general up is good, down not so good, rule)
at the top was a classroom filled with all these people from my school, most of them i didn't like at all (classroom: Your inner teacher has brought you here to spur a basic re-education of some kind) (enemies: You can rely on having loyal and helpful friends).
the only person there who was my friend was jackie, but she had all these bandages on her arms. i asked her to take them off and she said "no, i have cuts"..but i ripped them off and there was nothing (friend: straightforward prediction of happy social times with good companions) (bandages: Good new influences are moving in around you.) (cuts: a warning that indiscreet gossip or behavior could be very costly.)
after that i got mad and left the classroom. i saw this chick at my school, AJ, and she was walking on crutches and had a cast on her leg. i pushed her down the stairs. (cast: you are likely to be called on to help a friend or relative who is in trouble.) (crutches: a warning to be less controversial in your expressed views - ah! bullshit!) (to push someone: whatever your troubles may be, you will rise above them or overcome them by your own efforts)
when i got to the bottom of the stairs there was a bus with more people from my school on it, including uyen. i sat next to her and we painted with watercolors (?). (bus: progress toward your heart's desire) (painting: signifies important changes if it was watercolors)
all of the sudden the bus stopped at a hotel. we looked up and the bus was completely empty. we got out and went inside the hotel room. (hotel: the forecast is one of satisfying achievement)
we opened the fridge in the hotel room and there was yogurt in it. uyen ate some. i didn't. then, this balding fat man in a towel walked out of the bathroom and treated us like whores. thats because he thought we were. (yogurt: predicts important advantages and/or major success.) (prostitution: signifies good news from an unexpected source) (fatness: predicts a happy life of few worries and many pleasures and that the fatter you (or others) were in your dream the better is the omen)
after that, we got scared and ran outside. i called my mom on a cell phone and asked her to pick me up. she asked where i was and i looked at the street signs and i said "on the corner of high and low". (fear: expect to have to cope with problems arising from the deceit or dishonesty of someone you trusted) (cell-phone: holding an intimate confidant one step short of absolute trust. If you're using a cell phone, this is a problem that travels with you) (streets: signify profitable new ventures or associations)
and then i woke up.
this entry was more for my own enjoyment. anyways. today i did nothing and sat around writing letters and stuff. i painted my toe-nails. who knows why we do such things.
